Discover Coffee
How roast level and brewing technique change everything.
Roast & brew deep dive • 1 hour • 2–12 people
Go beyond the cup. This session explores how different roasting levels, and brewing methods transform the same bean into wildly different tasting experiences. Light, medium, dark — each pour-over reveals new layers of acidity, body, sweetness, and aroma.
What You’ll Experience
In one focused hour (groups of 2–12) we will brew and taste six coffees chosen specifically to highlight roast and brewing contrasts. Small pours let you compare side-by-side while our barista explains how temperature, pour speed, and roast depth shape every sip. By the end you’ll understand why two cups of the same origin can taste completely different.
